DAN HOFFLER had a vision that gave birth to Armada/Hoffler and has fostered its growth for over 17 years. His vision was to create development opportunities in what was then largely an undeveloped section of Chesapeake, an area known as Greenbrier. Since then, Armada/Hoffler has become one of the premiere commercial real estate development and construction organizations in Virginia. Construction revenue alone has grown from $11 million dollars in 1984 to over $150 million dollars in 1997. |
